A seventh birthday at the condo pool
One mermaid, twelve children, and a treasure hunt
A pool party where the birthday girl got her own tail lesson before the cake.
The mermaid arrived in the water before the guests did. The first half hour was a show from the pool edge, the second was a treasure hunt in the shallow end.
Every child who wanted one had a turn in a practice tail. The birthday girl went last, and stayed in longest.
